MEAT recipes RENDANG

2. 2 ½ liters of coconut milk from 2 coconuts
3. ½ finger galangal, crushed
4. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
5. 1 sheet turmeric leaf
6. Kandis acid (Java)
Mashed Seasonings:
1. 20 spring onions
2. 6 cloves garlic
3. 1 cm turmeric, ginger
4. 300 grams red chilli, mashed
5. Salt to taste
How to Make Meat Rendang Recipe:
1. Cut the meat into pieces of 4 x 4 square-shaped 2 ½ cm thick.
2. Take the skillet and place pieces of meat, the spice paste earlier. Pour coconut milk into it, then galangal, lemongrass, turmeric and tamarind leaves.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, stirring until boiling and thickened coconut milk. After that reduce the heat, stir and cook until the coconut milk mongering and the color brown. Cook for 3 ½ hours.
4. To make coconut milk, dried coconut choose and do not be discarded skin (do not peel) in order to release much coconut oil.
