BLACK PEPPER eel recipes

13. Seasonings to taste, if desired
14. 150 ml water
15. 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
How to Make Black Pepper Recipe Eels:
1. Marinate eel with orange juice, let stand for 15 minutes. Rinse and drain. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry until half cooked eel, lift, set aside.
2. Saute garlic until fragrant, add onions, eel, red peppers, green peppers and scallions.
3. Enter fried eel. Give sesame oil, angciu, black pepper, salt, flavoring and water. Cook until boiling.
4. Pour the cornstarch solution, stirring until sauce thickens. Remove and serve hot.
Makes 4 servings
