Yakiniku Beef recipes

2. 100 ml chicken broth
3. 1 whole onion, thinly sliced
4. 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5. 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into triangles
6. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
7. 5 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
8. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients:
1. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2. 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced lengthwise
3. 50 ml Kikkoman soy sauce
4. 1 leek, sliced 2 cm
5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
6. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
7. ½ teaspoon salt
How to Make Beef Yakiniku Recipe:
1. Mix all sauce ingredients, cook until boiling, remove, cool and strain. Set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the paprika, stir briefly. Remove and set aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil and sesame oil, enter the beef slices and stir until it changes color. Add sauce mixture and chicken broth and stir well.
4. Cook again until the meat cooked and sauce is low. Enter tumisakn paprika, stir well, remove from heat. Serve beef yakiniku with sprinkled sesame seeds that have been roasted.
Makes 4 portions
