Bulgogi recipes (KOREA)

Ingredients:
1. 750 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2. 100 grams shitake mushrooms / hioko, thinly sliced
3. 1 whole onion, thinly sliced
Soaking (mix well):

2. Item ¼ onion, finely chopped
3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
4. 3 cm ginger, finely grated
5. 2 tsp sesame oil
6. 2 tsp sugar
7. ½ tsp pepper powder
8. 1 ½ tbsp rice wine (rice vinegar)
9. 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
How to Make Bulgogi Recipe (Korean):
1. Mix meat, mushrooms and onions in a bowl, set aside. Marinate meat with marinade until absorbed.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Grilled marinated beef until cooked. Lift. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with white rice Bulgogi pineapple.
